With 1-on-1 Fit for Adventure Coaching, you receive a fully customized training plan built around your goals, schedule, experience level, and the activities you care about most whether that’s hiking, travel, obstacle races, long theme-park days, or simply feeling stronger and more capable day-to-day.
You’ll work directly with me through a private coaching app, where your workouts, progress tracking, and communication all live in one place. Each week, we’ll connect via a scheduled phone call to review progress, adjust training, and make sure the plan continues to work for your life not against it.
You’ll also have ongoing access to message me with questions, upload exercise videos for form feedback, and receive guidance on recovery, mobility, and lifestyle habits that support performance and longevity.
This coaching is hands-on, intentional, and built for people who want accountability, clarity, and confidence in their training.

Park Prep is a short-term fitness and movement program designed to help you enjoy long, active days at theme parks without pain, excessive fatigue, or needing days to recover afterward.
Theme park days often mean hours of walking, standing in lines, climbing stairs, carrying bags, and staying on your feet from morning to night. Park Prep prepares your body for those exact demands.
This program focuses on building walking endurance, lower-body strength, joint resilience, balance, and recovery capacity, so you can move comfortably, maintain energy, and keep up with your group throughout the entire day.
Training is simple, efficient, and realistic. Workouts are designed to be completed at home, in a gym, or while traveling, and they scale to your current fitness level. You don’t need to be “in shape” to start Park Prep meets you where you are and builds you up.
